I bought one after reading an online article about it to check the air quality in my home. shocking outcomes Because of the poor air quality inside the unit, I frequently felt drowsy and experienced more headaches than usual. The gadget is fantastic!

I use this CO2 to monitor the level of CO2 gas inside my house. I like the fact that this is a sensitive instrument, measuring the level of CO2 gas in real time. When I’m near the monitor, the level of CO2 goes up as expected, since I’m breathing out CO2 and so raises the concentration of CO2 around the monitor. When the condition outdoors were pleasant, I opened the windows and noticed that the CO2 levels dropped significantly, as expected.

This has altered the way we perceive indoor air quality and the effects of CO2 on our bodies and minds. We have learned about the impact of our gas stove on the CO2 levels inside. Since we reside in Florida, keeping doors or windows open is not an option, and our HVAC system does not draw in any outside air. Occasionally, we now let the doors open for 15 minutes in the morning to observe the CO2 level fall from 1700 to 700 ppm. This tiny meter is fantastic!

This device performs admirably and is simple to set up. I previously had another CO2 monitor in the house, which gave me the same reading but also measured a lot of other stuff.

I live in a van and am always concerned about the amount of carbon dioxide in such a little contained environment. When I feel like I’m sensing a lack of oxygen, I always open windows and ventilate the space, but this is all subjective, to the point that I think I’ve developed some paranoia, and I just needed a factual way of knowing the co2 concentration. As a result, I purchased this for that purpose. Before writing a review, I wanted to make sure I thoroughly tested this equipment. Here are my opinions on the subject:
If you place it appropriately, it works really nicely. The readings will be all over the place if you have this item in close proximity to any person in a confined space. The reviewers that claim the readings aren’t steady don’t appear to have a strong understanding of the physics involved; instead, they just want to put the meter in the most convenient location possible, such as their nightstand, where it won’t be as useful. Exhaling carbon dioxide near a carbon dioxide meter just floods the meter with the gas, preventing it from obtaining an accurate reading of the room’s overall CO2 content.
Really happy with this unit, as long as you have an understanding of what you’re doing and how you might artificially affect the readings, I think you will enjoy this unit too. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone concerned about co2 in their space.

Fantastic machine. My plants are flourishing now that I can easily monitor and manage the CO2 to the appropriate limits, especially the data logging option. Good value given the offered skills.

There are no windows in my home office. I got this to keep an eye on the CO2 level. When I leave the door open, the CO2 level typically falls into the normal range. It reached an uncomfortable level when I held a conference call and kept the door closed for an hour. It reduces to normal range after leaving the door open for an additional ten minutes.
The craftsmanship is good. The beep could only be made a little bit quieter for household use. However, it’s not a major concern because it just beeps when you alter any option.

Based on my experience with this, CO2 readings are accurate. Data logging and the menus in general are easy to use and navigate.
